Our experience working with Barbara and John Klasic with First Team far exceeded our expectations! Navigating through the crazy 2021 San Diego North County real estate market needed some serious expertise. This being a severe seller's market, will test the most qualified buyers and that's where the expertise of seasoned local realtors kicks in! Being among the fairly high-profile realtors in the San Diego North County area has its advantage. In this market success breeds success and boy are we really happy we decided to work with Barb and John.

They patiently showed us countless houses and kept motivating us when we didn't land some houses in spite of putting in very strong purchase offers. Once we identified a house that met our needs, Barb and John came up with a clear strategy on the offer. They used their expertise and knowledge by putting together the cleanest and crispest offers and negotiation strategies. Barb and John's professionalism was demonstrated numerous times. They were extremely on top of things and nothing ever fell through the cracks. Their strategy was customized to the target house and the conditions it presented.

There were times when Barb and John would tell us up front if a particular house was not the right house for us. There were many houses that were listed low and they would accurately predict what a particular house would go for. We saved a lot of time by not putting offers in on houses that looked within our reach but really weren't given the aggressive seller's market conditions.

We had a number of rigid requirements like location, single level, healthcare, schools, etc. but had very slim pickings finding a newer single level house in a super low inventory situation. Navigating our specific requirements and helping us land the right house was a difficult task for anyone. We couldn't be happier with the assistance we received from both of them during the entire house buying process.

We are first time home buyers and new to the world of real estate. John and Barbara Klasic went above and beyond when searching for our home. This team gives honest, straight to the point feedback on houses they show. They are patient and they don't sugar coat their words just to sell....not your typical real estate agents that are selling houses just for the money--- they REALLY do want the best fit for the homebuyer! They gave us great options and ideas and were always available to check out houses when it fit with our crazy schedules. They would even check out houses beforehand to see whether it was something that we would like. After several offers on multiple homes that didn't work out, we ended up finding a perfect home, which we were accepted for with the crazy market!! They showed us their expertise by tweaking offers just slightly to them stronger and better looking, which they always made sure were well within our budget. As John being a former contractor, he was also a great resource to ask about some remodeling jobs we wanted to do. I am so glad that I went with this team, I couldn't have done it without them! They are a team that sells homes, not just houses. 5++ stars given and we are in love with our new first home :)

Barbara, John and their team were fantastic every step of the way - from the listing to the closing! They took care of EVERYTHING for us, in a professional and efficient fashion. We just sold our condo/townhouse in RB. Listed it for a fair price and within 3 days, we had 3 offers, and took the best one. The Klasic's took care of everything - getting the place ready for listing and showing, including any necessary repairs, negotiating the offers, and overseeing the closing. ANY problems (of which there were few), they took care of immediately. On top of everything, they were extremely cordial and appreciate of our business. I couldn't ask for a better real estate experience. I mean that sincerely.
